There is good evidence that both the assessor and IV are not only consistent,
 they ensure that all learning outcomes are fully tested and that the candidates therefore reach a high level of pass.All the trainers have the appropriate experiences and are PTLLS holders at L. 3 and 4, the IV also has appropriate experience and qualifications. This Centre is a 'role model' of a quality end to end product. The course overall is very well managed and recorded with full understanding and commitment by both the Course Director and Administrator. Comprehensive introduction briefs are sent out pre course.
The amount of individual feedback by the trainer and explanation/development to/of the candidates, both written and verbal, demonstrates total enthusiasm to ensuring both high standards and that the candidates can achieve this level.
The commitment to delivering a really high quality product is abundant.
Glevum have a good reputation in the local business community, playing their part by adapting certain parts of courses to meet local (non SIA jurisdiction) needs. Overall I have nothing but praise for this Centre, all involved should be commended and I would recommend this Centre as a 'standard to follow'. |
