Since opening our own training facility in Gloucester in 2009 we have had the pleasure of skilling many individuals who have sought the Security Industry Authority (SIA) basic job training to enable them to apply for their individual SIA licenses in Door Supervision, Security Guarding and CCTV(PSS) and in many more cases, where persons have requested, our Conflict Management and Physical Intervention training to further their own personal development or from companies who are responsible for their employees under H&S Duty of Care legal requirements where this issue has been identified in individual Risk Assessments (Care/Education/Customer Service/Retail).
As a training provider and employer we partner with many local employability organisations to secure interviews and employment opportunities for our SIA Academy Graduates seeking to join the Security Industry locally and beyond where we can.
